Introduction: The nasopalatine cyst is a non-odontogenic cyst, located within the duct of maxilla, its diagnosis in most cases by routine radiological finding and other presence symptomatology; coming to generate pain, paresthesia visible signs such as facial deformities. Case description: objective this article make literature review presentation case 38-year-old male patient, who comes consultation for presenting an increase volume anterior two years evolution that presented favorable results after excision placement bone graft. Final considerations: Nasopalatine represents less than 5% cysts at maxillary level recurrence low. When it large with destruction surrounding tissue, best option use graft depending on biocompatibility, affected site costs. Demineralized matrix (DBX) considered gold standard due capacity osteoinduction, osteoconduction osteogenesis.
